The maritime vessel <strong>Vera Su <\/strong>was built in <strong>1989 <\/strong>and is operated by a <strong>Turkish company<\/strong>. It is a 3,217 gt. ship, 86 metres long and with a loaded draught of 4.7 metres. The ship, sailing under a <strong>Panamanian flag<\/strong>, was transporting fertilizers from <strong>Ukraine <\/strong>to <strong>Varna<\/strong>. The state can automatically <strong>arrest the ship<\/strong>, seize the cargo and start actions to get it out of the shallows. Not to mention that the ship and the cargo are insured.
